SMART Buyer Checklist

  • Sign up with a Revealty Realtor©
    • Select a lender and get pre-qualified
    • Find the home you want
    • Sign Contract on new home
  • Work with Lender
    • Sign disclosures and Intent to Proceed within 1 day.
    • Gather all financial documents requested by lender/return ASAP
    • Shop/select homeowners insurance – give Lender the name/number of agent 2 weeks before closing

Changes? Keep ALL Parties in the Loop Especially the Lender and Title Company

IF:

 An amendment to your contract is signed.
 The final walk-through results will cause an Amendment changing sales price or loan amount.
 One or more borrowers will use a Power of Attorney.
 One or more borrowers will close by mail.
 One or more borrowers will close by mobile notary.
 One or more borrowers will close via Trust.
 An amendment to your contract is signed.
